Manual events shown on the staff portal — private parties, buyouts, happenings that don't sell tickets. "Block during event" closes Wix online reservations from 1 hr before the start time until the end time at that location; "Block all day" closes the whole date. Ticketed classes & events live under Tickets & Classes.

Live from Wix. Add a phone-in or walk-in booking (created confirmed — the guest gets Wix's confirmation if you enter contact info), or click a reservation to change its time, party size, guest info, or cancel it. Requests still get approved or declined on the staff page.

During these windows the Wix reservation widget shows no availability at the selected location (set automatically by portal events, or add one manually for a buyout or private party). Phone-in bookings added here still work. If the end time is earlier than the start time, the block runs into the next day.

Approve, deny, or delete. Approved requests appear on the staff schedule and calendar.

Staff request swaps from their schedule page. Waiting on coworker means the other person hasn't accepted yet — you can still approve directly. Approving reassigns the shift and emails both people.

All three schedules for the week below. Nashville and Franklin share one staff pool — both grids show the combined roster, and a shift belongs to the grid you add it on. Click any cell to add a shift; drag a shift to another day or employee to copy it there (the original stays put); click one to edit, delete or copy it. Approved time off shows as a red OFF badge, and staff availability shows as grey unavail / green ★ chips. Edits stay private until you hit 📣 Publish & notify — that emails everyone whose week changed. Staff open their schedule at schedule.html with their employee ID.

Employee ID is what staff type to open their schedule (no password) — it can be anything: a number, initials, a nickname. Set someone inactive to hide them from the grid without deleting their history. Click a row to edit.
