The GREYS Staff Scheduling Notifications program sends work-related text messages to employees of Greys Fine Cheese & Entertaining who opt in through the staff portal: published work schedules and schedule changes, reminders the day before a scheduled shift, time-off request decisions, shift swap updates, and team announcements from a manager.
Employees opt in by signing into the staff portal at staff.greyscheese.com/schedule.html with their employee ID and entering their mobile number under Notifications. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency varies with scheduling activity — typically a few messages per week (a weekly schedule text, shift reminders on days before you work, and occasional announcements).
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GREYS does not charge for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts. You can also remove your mobile number on the schedule page of the staff portal, or ask a manager to remove it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@greyscheese.com.
